I am SO excited to tell you guys this news! BOTH Shane and I have been selected to show our paintings at the 9th annual Hamptons Juried Art Show: Fresh StART Collective with RJD Gallery!

"The 18 finalists were selected from more than 70 international artists representing 17 states and five countries. All proceeds from submission fees and a portion of art sold during the exhibition benefit The Retreat’s domestic violence services. Richard Demato, art dealer, collector, and owner of the RJD Gallery, and Margaret Bowland, artist and faculty member at the New York Academy of Art, were the show’s jurors.
The group exhibition for the finalists opens Saturday, May 19, 2018 with a complementary opening cocktail reception from 6 pm to 8 pm at the RJD Gallery, 2385 Main Street, Bridgehampton. The show runs through Sunday, June 3."

About Retreat: Since 1987, The Retreat has been providing domestic violence services and education to families on the East End of Long Island. Programs include a residential shelter for adults and children, a 24-hour domestic violence hotline, individual and group counseling, legal advocacy for all victims of domestic violence, programs to engage troubled fathers who may be at-risk of committing family violence, and an in-school violence prevention education program taught in local area schools. All services are provided free of charge."
